About Us

A bright modern office workspace with several people collaborating around white desks, computers, and a glass wall with sticky notes. Large windows and indoor plants are visible in the background.Flowpixy was created as an educational brand for people who want to study SMM, digital communication, audience understanding, and content planning in an organized way. The project began after our team repeatedly encountered the same issue: learning materials were often scattered across different sources, included conflicting advice, or introduced complex subjects without first explaining the basic principles.

At the beginning of her own career, course author Ludmila Jagodka also learned through separate articles, personal notes, and isolated examples. She had to work out how audience understanding, content categories, message style, publication calendars, and material review connected with one another. Ready-made templates often showed only the finished plan without explaining the thinking behind it.

Over time, Ludmila began developing her own working frameworks, tables, checklists, and planning systems. She divided complex processes into smaller stages, compared different approaches across digital projects, and gradually formed a method for organizing SMM work. These materials later became the foundation of the first Flowpixy courses.

Our team created the courses to help other learners avoid an unstructured study process and better understand the relationship between different stages of content work. We view SMM as a connected process that begins with observing an audience, continues through topic selection, message preparation, and planning, and ends with reviewing and adjusting the materials.

The Flowpixy mission is to help people develop their knowledge of digital communication and study according to their own schedules. Every course is divided into focused modules and includes explanations, examples, exercises, review questions, checklists, and working templates. The PDF files can be downloaded to a compatible device and used for offline study.

LUDMILA JAGODKALudmila Jagodka has experience in digital communication, audience analysis, editorial planning, and SMM workflow organization. She has worked with small online projects, educational teams, creative studios, service companies, and independent brands. Her work has included audience research, topic development, message editing, calendar preparation, and communication material review.

In previous projects, Ludmila helped organize libraries of content ideas, distribute materials by topic and format, and create understandable working processes. She also prepared internal guides, examples, and exercises for people who wanted to better understand content planning and digital communication.

While working with learners, Ludmila explained planning principles, helped analyze audience questions, and reviewed independent assignments. Her approach is based on studying topics in sequence, paying attention to detail, and using examples that show how theory connects with everyday content work.

Today, Flowpixy brings together people with experience in digital analytics, editorial work, communication design, audience research, and project coordination. Each team member contributes to a different part of the courses, including module organization, examples, exercises, visual logic, written presentation, and material review.

We continue to review the courses, refine the explanations, and add new tasks for independent practice. Flowpixy is built around careful information organization, consistent learning, and respect for every learner’s time.
